At Neuro Nation Speech Pathology we offer a range of client-centered service delivery options, to deliver the highest quality Speech Pathology services in the format most comfortable for our clients.

In-clinic Appointments - we offer face to face appointments at our centrally located office in the heart of the Ipswich CBD.

Telehealth Appointments - we offer online consultations via our secure Telehealth system in the comfort of your own home.

Home Visiting - we offer home visiting services for clients that prefer to have appointments in their own home environment. *Additional fees apply.

Cancellation Policy
If at any time you are unable to make your scheduled appointment, please let us know as soon as possible. If a service is cancelled with less than 24 hours-notice, or there is a no show, Neuro Nation Speech Pathology will charge up to 100% of the agreed support fee.

Please note that for NDIS clients - the NDIS monitors short notice cancellations and may contact Neuro Nation Speech Pathology about participants with a high number of cancellations. We will work with you to minimise cancellations and make sure your plan is meeting your needs.
